Explore 58 is designed to gather people who are serious about turning the tide and introducing a beautiful revolution to restore communities and make them liveable again. Explore 58 brings together the influencers, the doers who make a difference, and who are changing our communities and culture for good. The idea of Explore 58 is to encourage, activate and find solutions on how we can express Isaiah 58 in our local communities and beyond. Along with our two main speakers we will have breakout sessions for people to engage and converse with different government agencies and charity organisations.
Speakers:
Dave Workman is senior pastor of Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, a growing church of over six thousand weekend attendees and over a dozen church plants. Vineyard Community Church has become well known for its outward – focused message and ministry to the poor. Workman is considered an atmosphere architect in the evolution of the church he is also the author of Outward Focused Life: Becoming a Servant in a Serve-Me World. Dave has spoken on developing outward-focused churches both nationally and internationally.

Peter Lynas worked as a barrister for five years, before studying theology in Vancouver. He now leads the faith@work initiative at Belfast Bible College and works for a political think tank in Cambridge which seeks 'a better connected society'. Peter lives in Portstewart N.Ireland. He is married to Rose, has a young daughter Keren, and loves wake boarding.
Jason and Michelle Scott are lead pastors of Vineyard Church Dungannon, Northern Ireland. VCD is a growing, thriving, diverse community of faith planted in 2004 by the Scott’s and their three boys, Caleb, Micah, and Matthew. In the past 6 years, the Scott’s have created and sustained an outward focused culture that has successfully seen the church engage and invest in their community. Focusing on compassion to the poor and needy, marginalized teens and children, mums and toddlers, the elderly, and the vulnerable, VCD is living out the 'Great Commission' on a daily basis.
